How long is the pilot? Is there a credit-card requirement?+
30 days, no card required. Full product on one site. We help you set up your first plant and run the first round of audits with your supervisors.
Can it work offline? Our floor has spotty signal.+
Yes. The mobile app captures audits and defect actions to a local queue when offline. As soon as the phone hits Wi-Fi or cellular, the queue drains automatically — including photos.
Who owns the data? Where is it hosted?+
You own the data. Hosted on Supabase (Postgres) and Vercel. Your org is RLS-isolated — we cannot see your defects, photos, or members. EU data residency available on request.
How does the AI work? Is it accurate?+
We use Claude Sonnet's vision model. It returns 0–3 suggestions per photo — never auto-creates defects. The auditor confirms or ignores each one. For fix plans + 5-Whys + Fishbone, the AI is grounded in your plant's past data.
Can plant managers only see their own plant?+
Yes. Multi-site hierarchy with site/plant scoping is built in. Owner sees the org, Admin sees the org, Member sees their assigned zones, Auditor is read-only.
What's special about your A3 problem-solving?+
We follow canonical Toyota A3: Background → Fishbone (divergent) → 5-Whys (drilling into a chosen branch) → Countermeasures → Verify → Standardize. AI helps with 5-Whys conversation and Fishbone bucketization, but the team owns the case.
How is pricing structured at scale?+
After the pilot: setup fee + per-seat/month annual prepay, with PPP-adjusted regional pricing. Operator seats are inexpensive; manager seats with reporting are higher. Contact us for a quote.
